What is Quadra?
Quadra is operational intelligence for Support. It is being built to connect to the Support systems where your data already lives and to analyse conversations, performance, customer behaviour and operational patterns, so that Support leaders can see what changed, why it matters and where to look next.
What is Aura?
Aura is the part of Quadra you can ask questions in plain English. It is designed to connect intelligence across Quadra so you can investigate your Support operation and understand why something changed, instead of building reports and combining filters by hand.
Is Quadra available yet?
Quadra is at the stage where we want to put it inside real Support operations and learn what happens. We are running a Design Partner programme with a small number of Support teams.
What is the Design Partner programme?
We are looking for 4 to 5 Support teams to help us build Quadra properly. Design partners get early access, can lock in reduced pricing for 12 months, use the platform on their own Support operation, join weekly calls with our founders, and have a direct say in what we prioritise. We want honest feedback about what works, what does not, and what we are missing.
Do I have to replace my help desk or CRM?
No. Quadra is designed to sit on top of the Support tools you already use and to create one consistent intelligence layer across your operation, even if you change or migrate those tools later.

How do you handle my data and privacy?
