Know what's happeningin Support beforeyou have to look for it.
Quadra is being built to connect to your Support stack and analyse conversations, performance, customer behaviour and operational patterns — to help you understand what changed, why it matters and where to look next.No more piecing the story together across dashboards, spreadsheets and individual tickets.
Pre-launch, working with Design Partners. Built for Support leaders, designed to work with the tools you already use.
Designed to work across the Support stack you already have.
Quadra is designed to sit above your existing Support tools, creating one intelligence layer across the operation.
Your Support operation already has the answers.Finding them is the problem.
Every customer conversation contains information about your product, your team, your customers and your operation. But those signals are spread across thousands of tickets, multiple tools, dashboards and reports.
The answers are probably already somewhere inside your Support data.
From searching for answers to being shown what matters.
Checkout-related conversations increased 43% this week.
The increase began Tuesday afternoon and is concentrated across 12 accounts. 31 conversations mention a recurring checkout API error.
One intelligence layer across your entire Support operation.
Quadra is being built to connect to the systems your Support team already uses and analyse the data flowing through them. Instead of giving you another place to manually search for answers, Quadra is designed to observe what is happening across the operation and surface the signals that deserve attention.
Quadra understands what they mean.
Ask anything about your Support operation.
Aura connects the intelligence across Quadra and lets you investigate your Support operation using plain English. Instead of building reports, combining filters and manually digging through conversations, ask the question you actually want answered.
Think Ask Jeeves. Except it actually knows your Support operation.
Six specialised modules. One connected intelligence layer.
Different parts of a Support operation require different types of intelligence. Quadra uses six specialised modules, each focused on a different area of Support. They can operate independently, while Aura connects their intelligence together.
Six areas of Support. Six specialised modules.
Quadra is pre-launch. Each description is what the module is designed to do, and the examples are illustrative.
Signal
— Spot what changed.Signal continuously monitors Support activity for unusual patterns, emerging issues and meaningful changes that might otherwise go unnoticed. Your best proactive partner.
Pulse
— Know how Support is performing.Pulse helps leaders understand operational health, workload and performance patterns across the Support organisation. Check the heartbeat of your operation.
Assure
— Understand the quality behind the metrics.Assure analyses Support interactions for recurring quality patterns, behaviours and coaching opportunities — without relying entirely on manual ticket reviews.
Shield
— See frustration before the escalation.Shield identifies changes in customer frustration, repeated problems and Support behaviour that may indicate increasing account risk — so a manager can step in before the customer asks for one.
Evolve
— Turn conversations into product intelligence.Evolve identifies recurring questions, product friction, feature requests and emerging themes hidden across Support conversations. Build what actually matters.
Spark
— Because morale matters.Spark turns real Support performance and achievements into meaningful recognition, helping leaders reward the people behind the numbers.
You shouldn't need to wait for hundreds of tickets to realise something changed.
Signal is designed to observe Support activity and look for unusual patterns as they develop.
This isn't dial-up. You shouldn't have to wait that long.
The whole Support operation. One place to understand it.
Hover a tile to see which module powers it. Aura is always one question away.
Built around the questions Support leaders actually ask.
Bring together performance patterns, quality signals and relevant conversations before the meeting.
Bring together recent interactions, frustration patterns, recurring issues and relevant context.
Surface meaningful changes rather than manually comparing dashboards.
Identify the topics and conversations driving the change.
Look across conversations instead of relying entirely on manual spot checks.
Identify accounts showing changes in Support behaviour or frustration.
Support knows more about your business than most companies realise.
Customers tell Support what's broken, what's confusing, what they want and how they feel about your product every single day. Quadra helps turn those conversations into intelligence the rest of the organisation can actually use.

The right insight should reach the right person.
Quadra shouldn't require everyone in the company to log into another dashboard. Relevant intelligence can become briefs, summaries and updates for the people who need it.
Slack distribution is on the roadmap.
Your Support intelligence shouldn't disappear when your CRM changes.
Support tools change. Companies migrate platforms, add systems and restructure workflows. Quadra sits outside the CRM itself, creating a consistent intelligence layer across your Support operation.
Okay, Quadra didn't actually run on a Pentium II. We hadn't built it yet.
Keep the system of understanding.
Connect. Observe. Understand. Act.
Quadra connects to the systems where your Support data already lives.
Specialised modules look for patterns across performance, quality, customers, conversations and operational behaviour.
Ask questions, investigate signals and understand why something changed.
Coach the team, investigate an issue, contact a customer, brief Product or share with leadership.
Give us a minute.
No polished sales pitch. No 47-slide deck. Just Quadra doing what Quadra does.
We're looking for 4–5 Support teams to help us build Quadra properly.
Quadra is at the stage where we want to put it inside real Support operations and learn from what happens. We're looking for a small number of teams willing to test Quadra against real data, real workflows and real problems.
- Get early access to Quadra and be among the first to use AI built for Support.
- Lock in reduced pricing for 12 months.
- Use the platform with your own Support operation.
- Have weekly calls with our founders to help shape Quadra around your team's needs.
- Have a direct say in what we prioritise.
- Tell us what works, what doesn't, and what we're completely missing.
We're not looking for companies to politely tell us everything looks great. We want you to put Quadra through its paces.
Built because dashboards weren't giving me the answer.
Quadra started with a problem I kept running into while working in Support.
The data existed. The dashboards existed. The conversations existed. But understanding what was actually happening still required hours of digging.
Preparing for a 1:1 meant checking metrics and then manually reading conversations to understand the behaviour behind them. Understanding customer frustration meant piecing together interactions. Finding recurring issues meant manually looking for patterns. And in fast-moving companies, reporting constantly needed to change as the business changed.
That's what became Quadra.
Your Support data is sensitive. We're building Quadra accordingly.
Security, privacy and responsible handling of customer data are core requirements of the platform, not something we plan to bolt on later.
Data encrypted in transit and at rest across the platform.
Role-based access with least-privilege defaults for every account.
Customer data is logically isolated per organisation.
Configurable retention aligned to your data policies.
We process Support data to generate intelligence — not to train shared models on your customers.
A maintained list of subprocessors, available on request.
Building toward recognised security standards as we scale. We'll only ever claim what we actually hold.
Support, Evolved.
Your Support operation is already telling you what's happening. Quadra helps you hear it.
We're looking for a small number of Support teams to help us build what comes next.
Bring us your dashboards, your messy queues, your impossible questions and your weird workflows. Let's see what Quadra finds.
